Retainer Fee: $1,500

A minimum designer retainer fee of $1,500 or 50% of total design fee is due at contract signing, whichever amount is greater. Should the design fee total less than $1,500, 100% of the design fee shall be due at contract signing. The Initial Consultation Fee of $250 will be applied to the retainer for any clients who paid that, so $1,250 will be due for any clients who have already paid the Consultation fee. All fees are payable via cash, check or card. Please note that standard card processing fees will be added to all online card transactions.
